HI, I'm Courtney.

It all started with a deep breath. One intentional inhale that lead me down a lifelong path of healing, movement, and connection.

Yoga instructor turned wellness guide, Mom of three wild souls, and forever student of the sea - I've led retreats across the world, studied the nervous system and nutrition, and built a life rooted in ritual, movement, and presence. The Bloom Path is where it all comes together: with heart, intention, and with room for you to grow.

This space is for the seekers. Those craving more balance, more clarity, more connection. Here, you're invited to slow down, tune in, and align with the version of yourself that feels whole.
